PROCEDURES FOR MAKING GIFTS
OF STOCK HELD IN STREET NAME
If your stock is in street name (held in an account with your broker), please telephone your broker with instructions to wire the shares directly to the Mercersburg account at the San Francisco office of Wachovia Securities. Your broker will need the following information:
1. Mercersburg’s account number is: 5839-0310
2. The DTC Number is: 0141
3. Our broker’s name is Barbara Wolf
4. Our broker’s telephone number is: 1-800-634-4965

Important: Please be certain to ask your broker to inform the Academy’s broker of your name. Without this information, Mercersburg’s broker will not know to whom the gift should be credited. Also ask your broker to inform the Academy via fax (717-328-6211), mail, or email (cramerb@mercersburg.edu) with above information as well as the date the transaction is to take place.
